At ChooChooChew, we're embarking on a new journey, combining over 10 years of professional catering experience with a passion for authentic low-and-slow barbecue.
Built around our one-of-a-kind train smoker, ChooChooChew is all about taking the time to do things properly. We believe great food can't be rushed, which is why we use traditional smoking methods, quality ingredients, and plenty of patience to create bold, memorable flavours.
Whether we're serving at weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, or festivals, our aim is to bring people together over honest, freshly smoked food and offer an experience that's a little different from the ordinary.
